All cancellations and amendments to your booking must be made through Parking4less, and are subject to the conditions set out in the Cancellation Policy below.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to cancel, you can do so any time up until a minute to midnight, two days before you arrive at the airport. So, if you fly on the 3rd, you’d need to cancel by 23:59 on the 1st. If you booked with us through another company, you will need to cancel with them directly.

If you cancel in time, you will be refunded what you’ve paid, less our cancellation fee (where applicable), which is normally £10.50 for a lounge or a parking booking or £19.95 for a hotel booking, including ones that offer parking, unless you added a cancellation waiver. The cost is higher for certain packages, but we will inform you of this before you book. With the waiver added to your package, we’ll refund you the full cost of your package, less the waiver and card fees, but it must be added to the package at the time you booked.

Many of our special offers and reduced-rate products cannot be changed or cancelled. As such, we can’t give you a refund for these products and you can’t change the date you have booked for, but you’ll find a note telling you that you’re booking one of these before you buy.

Sometimes we may have to make changes to your booking after you’ve made it. Should this happen, we’ll notify you as soon as we’re able. If the new arrangements are not suitable, we’ll offer you a full refund.

Hotel and Hotel with Parking Bookings:

You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a hotel or hotel-with-parking booking the day before your stay, or anytime thereafter.
Where it is possible to cancel a booking and obtain a refund, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £19.95 per room per night.
Where any amendment to a booking reduces the total number of rooms or nights required, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £15 per room per night.
If you park your car before the arrival date/time printed in your booking confirmation then you may have to pay the car park or hotel locally for any additional parking time at their published [Gate Rate*].

If you collect your car before the departure date/time printed in your booking confirmation then you will not receive a refund for the unused time.
If you collect your car after the departure date/time printed in your booking confirmation then you will have to pay the car park or hotel locally for any additional parking time at their published [Gate Rate*].

Parking only bookings:

You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a parking booking in the 24 hours prior to the arrival date/time printed in your booking confirmation, or at any time thereafter.
Where it is possible to cancel a booking and obtain a refund, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £10.50.
If you park your car before the arrival date/time printed in your booking confirmation then you may have to pay the car park locally for any additional parking time at their published [Gate Rate*] .

You will be unable to obtain a refund or amend a lounge booking in the 24 hours prior to the arrival date/time printed in your booking confirmation, or at any time thereafter.

Changes and Cancellations made by us:

Occasionally, we have to make changes and correct errors on web sites, brochures and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. We reserve the right to do this and to amend and cancel confirmed bookings. if we have to make a significant change, i.e. a change of accommodation or parking location, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Where possible we will do so before your departure and we will offer you a choice from the following:

(a) accepting the changed arrangements, or

(b) choosing an alternative product of a similar standard (for less expensive products we will offer a refund of the difference), or

(c) canceling or accepting the cancellation, in which case you will receive a full and prompt refund of all monies you have paid to us.

Most car parks and hotels allow for small delays to flight arrivals. If there is a significant delay or your flight is cancelled it is likely you will be charged extra fees for the extra time. Don’t worry if you can’t contact the company as they will have your flight delays and be aware of the problem.

How do I change my booking?

Visit our Manage My Booking page to make changes to your booking including amendments to car registration and personal information. Non-flexible bookings cannot be changed or cancelled. We need 24 hours notice before the stay date for changes to apply.

I can’t find my booking confirmation?

Visit Manage My Booking where you can get a new confirmation sent. make sure your email address is correct.
